Gift Cards

1. Voucher Value

Each gift voucher is valid for the amount stated on the voucher and can be redeemed against any Interiors by Eleanor interior design service.

2. Redemption

To redeem, please quote your unique voucher code at the time of booking. Only one voucher can be used per booking.

3. Eligibility

Vouchers are valid for new or existing clients. They are non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

4. Validity Period

Vouchers are valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

5. Minimum Spend

The voucher can be used towards services of a higher value, with the balance payable by the client. If the service cost is less than the voucher value, no change or credit will be given.

6. Booking and Availability

All services are subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred dates.

7. Cancellation

If you cancel your booking with less than 48 hours’ notice, the voucher may be void at the discretion of Interiors by Eleanor.

8. Non-Refundable

Vouchers are non-refundable once issued.

9. Use with Other Offers

Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers unless specifically stated.
